Julie is a Board Certified Coach, ICF Credentialed Professional Coach,and Certified Positive Parenting Coach.  She has supported over 900 clients since starting her coaching practice in 2018.   ​

Julie specializes in Career Coaching, Personal Development Coaching and Parenting Coaching which encompasses a wide range of topics and all three areas of life often intertwine.

As a former Silicon Valley Corporate Recruiter and a Certified Professional Resume Writer with a Human Resource Management Certification, Julie brings a decade of experience supporting professionals who seek strategy with job transitions and mapping career trajectories.

Personal Development:  

Julie coaches motivated individuals to identify their vision, and create a laser focused path to succeed in achieving their goals. She works with men and women from all walks of life who are committed to showing up and doing the work.  Julie also earned her Yoga Instructor Certification (200 RYT) in 2013 and highly values mindfulness, creating peace within, being present, and building an environment that supports personal growth.

Parenting Coaching: 

As a former Early Childhood Educator/Preschool Teacher and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, Julie enjoys working with parents of young children. Julie is also a mother and easily relates to the challenges parents face today balancing work, home, social life, family, children, schedules and personal time.

She offers tools for team building with your partner and creating routines that work well for your unique family.  Many of Julie's clients are working parents seeking guidance with life/career balance, relationship issues, parenting issues, time management strategies, health/wellness, and personal development.
